Journey Within Program Options
We are excited to share that Heart of a Child Ministries is officially launching a new school program!
Currently being piloted in three schools, this teacher-led program features a series of nine posters—one for each month of pregnancy—highlighting powerful images and fascinating fetal facts. Each month, teachers introduce a new month of fetal development, helping students gain a deeper understanding of the miracle of life from conception to birth.
We are especially grateful to the Knights of Columbus from St. Stephen the Martyr in Omaha for helping us bring this project to life.
OPTION 1:
Journey Within Fetal Development Program – Posters Only – $275
Includes:
– Set of 9 posters, one for each month of pregnancy to put up in classroom or Pregnancy Help Organization and use for education.
OPTION 2:
Journey Within Fetal Development Program – PowerPoint presentations – $1,500
Includes:
– Set of 9 posters, one for each month of pregnancy
– Presentations that go with each poster
– Supplemental spiritual education component for faith-based schools and clients
– Optional pre and post-tests
– 1 Large and 1 Small set of Fetal Models

9 Fetal Development Posters
A series of nine science-based posters, one for each month of pregnancy, featuring licensed medical images and verified information from sources such as the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic. Teachers can display one or two each month to guide learning throughout the school year.
9 PowerPoint Presentations
COMING SPRING 2026: Each monthly poster is paired with a PowerPoint that includes matching photos, real ultrasound clips, educational videos and quick, memorable facts. Every presentation ends with discussion questions to help students reflect and retain what they learn.
9 Spiritual Reflections
Schools may choose to add a spiritual component through Scripture-based reflections and faith lessons that align with each month’s poster. Teachers can present these alongside science lessons or during theology classes.
Student Assessment Learning Tools 9
In order to assess learning we provide 9 quizzes after each month of fetal development information, If you would like to integrate testing into your program.
9 Teacher Feedback Surveys
Teachers complete one short survey per poster to share what’s working and what could be improved. Feedback is collected each trimester to help strengthen and refine the program.
Fetal Development Booklets
Every student receives a booklet summarizing the facts, images, and lessons from the posters and PowerPoints, serving as a lasting educational resource.
Fetal Development Models
Each school receives two sets of fetal models—one for the first trimester and one for the later stages of pregnancy—allowing students to see and hold life-sized, weighted models of a baby in the womb.
Live Presentation (Optional)
You may host a live Celebration of Life presentation alongside the program. This engaging event includes fun fetal facts, a live ultrasound on the big screen, and a guest speaker who highlights the dignity of all human life.
Service Component (Optional)
Students are invited to serve a “life group” such as single mothers, the elderly, or the homeless. Projects like diaper drives, nursing home visits, or volunteer service help students live out the call to honor life—from the womb to the tomb.
